Check into setting up recurring payments through your financial institution. It's one of the ways you can make the most of your gift, as most banks provide this service for free.
Giving online is easy. Just enter your gift amount and choose a fund on the form displayed on this page, then click Next. You will be connected to our giving page where you will only have to follow a few prompts. These prompts allow you to choose a one-time gift option or sign up for recurring gifts. It also lets you choose to pay the online service fee that comes with every online gift.
Texting to give is another easy way to give. Just text "KCC98346" to 1-888-364-4483 and follow the prompts.

If you have a traditional Individual Retirement Account (IRA) or some other type of retirement account, the IRS requires that you start withdrawing money by age 73. This withdrawal is taxed at regular income tax rates.
You can make a Qualified Charitable Deduction (QCD) from your IRA (or other retirement account), and the amount is deducted from your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) even if you do not itemize deductions. This reduces your taxable income and thus may reduce your income tax. It also allows you to qualify for some income-based credits that you would not otherwise qualify for, so you could save in multiple ways.
There are some rules to be followed to have the gift qualify as a QCD, so check with your tax advisor. If you have questions about this option for your giving to KCC, contact the church office, 360-297-2551.
By giving gifts of securities, such as stocks, rather than selling them and gifting the cash to KCC, you will avoid paying capital gains tax on the sale. In addition, as a nonprofit, KCC will not have to pay any capital gains on the securities when they’re sold.
Please contact the church office, 360-297-2551, for an information sheet explaining how to give a gift of stock.
Have you considered including Kingston Christian Church in your will or trust? Your investment will directly impact the advancement of God's kingdom for generations to come. We encourage you to consult your tax, legal, and/or financial advisor to determine how you might do this.
